Which EV AC charger is compatible with my car?

Compatibility depends on your car's charging port type. Here's a quick guide:

What is the difference between Type 2, CCS2, CCS1 and GBT?

  • Type 2 — Standard AC charging connector used by most GCC/European EVs in the GCC
  • CCS2 — DC fast charging standard used by most GCC/European EVs
  • CCS1 — DC fast charging standard used by US/Korean EVs
  • GBT — Chinese DC and AC charging standard used by Chinese EVs

What charging speeds do your AC chargers support?

  • 7kW — Single-phase AC, suitable for home charging overnight
  • 11kW — Three-phase AC, faster home or office charging
  • 22kW — Three-phase AC, commercial or semi-fast charging

Can I use your chargers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, or other GCC countries?

Yes. Our chargers support 220–240V single-phase and 380–415V three-phase power, which is standard across all GCC countries. We also ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product — please check the individual product page or contact us for details.

Do you offer professional installation?
