SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Areas
We ship across the UAE and GCC countries.
Order Processing
• Orders processed within 1 business day (Sharjah warehouse)
• Weekend/public holiday orders processed next business day
• Shipment confirmation sent after dispatch
Delivery Options
• Same Day (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman): 2–3 hours (order before 9:00 PM) – AED 89
• Next Day (UAE): Next business day – AED 29
• GCC Delivery: 5–7 business days (cost shown at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
Customer Responsibility
Please provide complete and accurate address details. Incorrect information may cause delays or extra charges.
For GCC orders, customs duties/taxes (if any) are paid by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition for Return
• Unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, accessories, and manuals included
• Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or installed products
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance/final sale items
• Missing packaging or accessories

Return Shipping
• Defective/wrong items: we cover shipping
• Change of mind: customer covers shipping
Damaged or Wrong Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
Refunds
• Processed to original payment method
• Up to 10 business days after approval
• Banks may take extra time
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error)
WARRANTY
Coverage Periods
• 12 months: adapters, cables, portable chargers
• 24 months: wall chargers & installation workmanship
Coverage Includes
Manufacturing defects under normal use.
Exclusions
Not covered: misuse, installation errors, modifications, accidents, electrical issues, power surges, or normal wear and tear.
Claims Process
Contact support with proof of purchase + issue details + photos/videos.
Product may need inspection. Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Shipping for Warranty
Customer pays return shipping initially; we cover return shipment if claim is approved.
