Warranty Periods

• 12-Month Limited Warranty for EV Charging Adapters & Cables
• 24-Month Limited Warranty for EV Wall Chargers
• 24-Month Limited Warranty for EV Charger Installation Workmanship
• 12-Month Limited Warranty for EV Portable Chargers

The above limited warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from EV FOR LESS is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage

If a product is found to be defective due to faults in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, EV FOR LESS will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

• Misuse, mishandling, negligence, or improper operation
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product
• Modifications to the vehicle's electrical system
• Accidents, abuse, impact damage, or improper storage
• Natural disasters, including floods, lightning, fire, and other acts of nature
• Damage incurred during transportation after delivery to the customer
• Power surges, improper voltage, faulty electrical installations, or unstable power supply
• Use of the product for purposes other than its intended application
• Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration, or deterioration that does not affect functionality

Warranty Claim Process

To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide:

• Proof of purchase
• A detailed description of the issue
• Relevant photos and/or videos showing the problem

Customers may be required to return the product for inspection and warranty evaluation. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to EV FOR LESS unless otherwise agreed. If the warranty claim is approved, EV FOR LESS will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EV FOR LESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product sold by EV FOR LESS.
