WhatsApp assessment — our engineer contacts you to request a short video from your DB panel to the charger location, and checks your DB capacity. In most cases, no site visit is needed.
Site survey (if required) — for complex setups, an on-site visit is arranged (250 AED — fully refunded upon installation completion)
Installation day — technician arrives, installs, tests, and signs off
Handover — you receive an invoice with warranty details
